The Old Well at UNC Chapel Hill
Students can bring good luck with a drink from the Old Well on the first day of classes.

I finally got to the Chapel Hill campus this spring! A very wooded, woodsy campus with the feeling of it being old and historic. Very pretty!
I love horse racing. If NC had horse racing, I’d spend half my time at the track just watching the horses.

When you enter the park, this is what you see. The rock with the American Flag flying on top.

I finally got to Chimney Rock this fall. It was at its peak color! This is the view from the Opera Box. You can see Lake Lure and the Hickory Nut Gorge area for miles and miles.

On Highway 52, they have an overlook that you can drive on to view Pilot Mountain from a distance. The mountain really does just peak out of nowhere!
